Speaker Profiles
1. Dr William Wan, Justice of The Peace
Dr Wan has over 15 years of experience in legal practice and more than 35 years leading non-profit organisations as ED, Chair, Board member and Advisor. A passionate advocate for community building, he is also a frequent speaker at public events and churches, and the author of several books and articles.
2. Dr Teoh Chin Sim, Senior Consultant, Sports Medicine, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
Dr Teoh is Singapore’s first female sports and exercise medicine specialist. She co-founded PlayBuddy, an inclusive sports playgroup for children. She is a passionate advocate for sports and physical activity, and lives by the mantra “Optimise to Maximise” for all. Her service has been honoured with national and healthcare awards, including the Public Service Medal and the Healthcare Humanity Award.
3. Ms Jacquelynne Tan, Author and Self-made fitness entrepreneur
Ms Tan spent 25 years in the corporate sector, including 16 years abroad, before pivoting to health and fitness in 2020. She now runs the Blackjacqstrength Kettlebell Certification programme and the Rock.Surf.Chill sports travel business and is the author of From PowerPoint to Push Ups, a motivational semi-memoir.
