To reach out to the elderly who are weak, poor and isolated so as to assist them to live well and joyfully. The way to achieve that is to match one or more Befrienders to them so they will have caring friends who will help them to access community resources.

The shamrock is a three-leaf clover. It is chosen to remind us that it takes a village to keep an elderly well. The three-leaf and tri-colour describe the elements that will grant us mission success: committed leadership, compassionate befrienders and
collaborative partners.
All parts are connected to and dependent on each other. The heart in each leaf symbolizes the importance of heart work in all that we do.
